I am torn. I really like the bright colors of the non-vintage one but there is something about the vintage version that looks more realistic. The vintage version looks like you really may have knocked that sign down. Great set up & find & I love that you said “Some obstructions are meant to be knocked down.” Inspirational & positive.
I think it is the brghtness of the red that makes a separation between the car & the sign. The vintage makes a great case for a lower contrast image being more effective.

I have to say I’m more a fan of the original than the vintage but I think you did a great job editing it.
